1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Billappen ("the service"), you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Bedriftsabonnement AS.

2. Service Description

Billappen is a mobile application that helps users prepare for the Norwegian driving theory test. The service offers practice questions, statistics, progress tracking, and gamification features to make learning more engaging.

Important: Billappen is a practice tool and does not replace official driving education. We do not guarantee that using the service will result in passing the theory test.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must create a user account. You are responsible for:

• Providing correct and up-to-date information
• Keeping your login information confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. One person may only have one account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The service offers both free and paid features:

• Free version: Limited to one test per day with basic features
• Premium subscription: Unlimited access to all tests and features

Subscriptions are purchased through App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Prices, payment terms, and renewal rules are governed by the respective platform's terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via App Store or Google Play. The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

5. Pass Guarantee

Billappen offers a pass guarantee for Premium subscribers. The guarantee means you get your money back for your subscription if you don't pass the theory test.

Pass guarantee conditions:

• You must have had an active Premium subscription for at least 30 days before the test date
• You must have completed at least 10 complete practice exams in the app
• You must have achieved at least 90% correct on at least 3 of your last 5 practice exams
• The claim must be made within 14 days after you failed the theory test

How to make a claim:

• Send an email to kontakt@bilproven.no with the subject "Pass Guarantee"
• Attach documentation that you failed (screenshot or letter from Statens vegvesen)
• Provide the email address you use in the app

Upon approved claim, we refund the full subscription amount you have paid. In addition, you get one month of free Premium access so you can continue practicing for your next attempt.

Note: The guarantee only applies to the theory test for driving license class B and can only be used once per user.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, belongs to Bedriftsabonnement AS or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not have the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the content
• Use the service for commercial purposes
• Attempt to circumvent technical protection measures
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the software

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Disrupt or damage the service's functionality
• Collect data about other users

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The content is complete or accurate at all times
• Using the service will result in passing the theory test

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bedriftsabonnement AS's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months, or 500 NOK, whichever is higher.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date for the last update. Your continued use of the service after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend that you regularly check this page for any changes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by deleting your account in the app.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be attempted resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be decided by Norwegian courts.
