Partner terms

1. Introduction

These terms govern participation in Billappen's partner program for driving schools ("the Partner Program"). By registering as a partner, you accept these terms. The Partner Program is operated by Bedriftsabonnement AS ("we", "us").

The Partner Program allows driving schools to offer their students a discount on Billappen while the driving school receives commission for each paying subscriber.

2. Who can become a partner

To participate in the Partner Program, you must:

• Operate an approved driving school in Norway
• Have a valid organization number
• Be able to send invoices for commission payments
• Accept these partner terms

3. Partner code

Upon approved partnership, you receive a unique partner code that provides:

• 20% discount on all subscriptions for users who use the code
• Automatic linking between the user and your partner account

The partner code is unique to your driving school and should not be shared with other businesses. You're free to share the code with your students through your own channels.

4. Commission

As a partner, you receive commission based on the following model:

• You receive 50% of the discounted subscription price for each user who subscribes using your partner code
• Commission is earned as long as the user has an active subscription
• Upon subscription renewal, the commission continues
• Commission is calculated 14 days after the purchase date. If a user exercises their right of withdrawal and gets a refund within 14 days, no commission is earned for that purchase.

Commission example:

• Monthly subscription: 149 NOK × 80% = 119 NOK → Your commission: 59.50 NOK
• Annual subscription: 600 NOK × 80% = 480 NOK → Your commission: 240 NOK

5. Payment

Commission payment works as follows:

• You receive an overview of earned commission by the 15th of each month
• The overview shows the number of active subscribers and total earned commission
• Payment is made when you've sent us an invoice for the amount
• Minimum payout amount is 500 NOK
• Amounts under 500 NOK are carried over to the next period
• Invoices should be sent to faktura@bilproven.no

Commission that hasn't been invoiced within 12 months of earning expires.

6. Partner obligations

As a partner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business
• Only use the partner code in connection with your driving school business
• Not provide misleading information about Billappen or the partner program
• Not use spam, unwanted marketing, or other unethical methods to promote the code
• Not use the partner code yourself for discounted purchases
• Inform us of changes to contact information or business

7. Our obligations

We commit to:

• Provide a functioning partner code
• Send monthly overview of earned commission
• Pay commission according to the terms
• Inform about significant changes to the partner program

8. Intellectual property

You receive a limited right to use Billappen's name and logo in marketing of the partner program to your students. All use must:

• Be factual and accurate
• Not give the impression of a greater affiliation than exists
• Cease immediately upon termination of the partnership

9. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms and the commission model. For significant changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued participation in the partner program after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Duration and termination

The partnership continues until terminated by either party.

• You can terminate the partnership at any time by giving us written notice
• We can terminate the partnership with 30 days' notice
• In case of breach of terms, we can terminate the partnership with immediate effect

Upon termination, you have the right to payment of already earned commission, provided the amount exceeds the minimum threshold of 500 NOK.

11. Liability

The partner program is offered without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Indirect losses or consequential damages
• Losses due to circumstances beyond our control
• Technical errors that temporarily affect tracking or reporting

Our total liability is limited to the commission you have earned in the last 12 months.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be attempted resolved through negotiations. If the parties cannot reach agreement, the dispute shall be decided by Norwegian courts with Oslo District Court as the legal venue.
